I am an experienced Massage Therapist, with twelve years of experience as a qualified personal trainer also; I have an excellent understanding of movement and its effect on muscles.
I am really passionate about living a healthy, energetic, and active lifestyle and believe massage can hugely benefit the quality of life, whether it be physical or mental stress of our busy lifestyles and schedules, injury, work, or sports performance.
